This is superb coffee. Easily equivalent to the big name Italian imported beans, but significantly less expensive.Forza 1 may not be to everyone's taste as it is dense and powerful. What you would expect to get in an Italian bar. Delicious, especially when ristretto.Forza 2 is more generally accessible, less acidic and a good all-rounder. It is less dense, but still has a depth of flavour. It works well in an automatic espresso machine, but less so in a moka percolator.
I absolutely LOVE Mostra Di Cafe's coffees and amazing service! They offer discount on orders and deliver very quickly. My favourite blend is the dark blue ground. Top marks!
